1. Should I choose the guest information card or the reception card for my invitation set?
We recommend that you choose the guest information card if your ceremony and reception are held at the same location, and the reception card if your reception will be held at a different location than the ceremony. However, you can also select the guest information card and request that the reception information be included on it.

2. Why don’t you offer a direction card?
Driving directions are easily included on either the guest information card or reception card, depending on which you choose.

3. What information is included on the guest information card?
The guest information card typically includes driving directions, overnight accommodation information and your wedding website (if applicable) – but can include anything your guests need to know! All of the information completely customizable to meet your specific needs!

4. What information is included on the reception card?
The reception card typically includes the time, date location of the reception, but can also include driving directions, if you choose.

5. What information is included on the R.S.V.P. card, aside from attendance information?
The R.S.V.P. card can also include a selection of dinner entrees or any other information you need to receive from your guests prior to your wedding.

6. Can I order a standard inner envelope instead of a pocketfold inner envelope?
Though we specialize in pocketfold invitations, we do offer all of our styles with standard (single-flap, self-adhesive) inner envelopes. With a standard inner envelope, all invitation pieces (or cards) are placed loose inside the envelope.

7. What type of cardstock are the invitation cards and ‘extras’ printed on?
The invitation, guest info & R.S.V.P. cards, as well as the ‘extras’ (save-the-dates, menus, etc.), are all printed on premium, 100 lb., white cardstock, using the highest quality letterpress, 4-color output process.

8. How long does it take for my order to be processed, printed and shipped?
Since all products are personalized, please allow 4-6 weeks for production completion and delivery.

9. How does the ordering and billing process work?
Your credit card will not be charged immediately. Once an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with the total cost within 48 hours. Once you have approved this amount we will collect a 50% deposit via phone, fax, mail or secure email (through PayPal). A proof (image) of your customized invitation/product will arrive via email within 4-6 business days. Once we receive your approval, the production/printing will take approximately 4-6 weeks. We will alert you when the order is ready to ship and collect the remaining balance.

10. Do the invitations arrive sealed?
The invitations DO NOT arrive sealed for a number of reasons. Most importantly, you probably want to see what your invitations look like! Also, you need to apply proper postage to the R.S.V.P. card reply envelopes and may also need to apply a return address (if you have not elected for us to print the return address for you).

11. Do you offer invitation seals?
Even though the invitations do not come sealed, we do offer an optional 2x2 plain cardstock seal to coordinate with each pocketfold-style invitation. A variety of seals are also readily available in craft stores and online, if you do not prefer the cardstock seal, or simply want to get more creative using ribbon, raffia or a real wax to further personalize your invitation!

12. My wedding colors don’t coordinate with any of your existing invitation designs. Can I customize an existing design to match my specific wedding colors?
Yes, we can customize any one of our invitations to match your wedding colors! Please contact us for more information and a quote.

13. Can I purchase invitations for baby showers/announcements, birthdays or anniversaries?
Yes, we can customize any of our designs for your specific event. Please contact us for more information and a quote.

14. Why don’t the wedding gifts include framing?
Because glass frames are extremely breakable, heavy and expensive to ship, we find that it is much more cost effective for our customers to frame the prints themselves. We make it easy, as all of our available gift sizes correspond with standard frame dimensions!

15. How should I submit my personal photos for my gift order?
Once you have ordered your gift, personal photos can be submitted to us via email at orders@ericakinvitations.com. JPEG files are preferred. Please be sure to include your full name and contact information with your photos. If you need to scan your photos before sending electronically, please scan them in high resolution format (300 dpi) to ensure clear print quality.
