Erica K. Contemporary Invitations - Orders (Part I

How the ordering process works:

Ordering through Erica K. is a two-part process. First you will need to fill out this page with your order information and click the "Submit" button below.
Your credit card will not be charged immediately. Once an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with the total cost within 48 hours. Once you have approved this amount we will collect a 50% deposit via phone, fax, mail or secure email (through PayPal). A proof (image) of your customized invitation/product will arrive via email within 4-6 business days. Once we receive your approval, the production/printing will take approximately 4-6 weeks. We will alert you when the order is ready to ship and collect the remaining balance.

Sending your personal photos:
Personal photos can be submitted to us via email at orders@ericakinvitations.com. JPEG files are preferred. Please be sure to include your full name and contact information with your photos. If you need to scan your photos before sending electronically, please scan them in high resolution format (300 dpi) to ensure clear print quality.
If you cannot send your photos electronically or simply don't have access to a scanner, we can scan your photos for you for an additional $35 charge, including return shipping and insurance. We know that these photos will likely be one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable, so please trust that we will handle with care and promptly return them to you once they have been scanned.
If sending photos to us, we suggest that you use a reliable service such as USPS priority mail, UPS or Fed Ex that will provide a tracking number for your peace of mind.

HOW DO I ORDER INVITATION SAMPLES?

Ordering an invitation sample is a separate process from ordering invitations and gifts. To order an invitation sample simply visit the page of the invitation you are interested in, or click one of the links below. We will do our best to send you the exact style and color you have chosen, but due to limited quantities we may only be able to send you a sample from that collection.
Upon clicking the "Order Sample" button on one of the pages, a new page will pop-up with a list of the samples you can order. Your sample order will then be added to a shopping cart. Sample orders are separate from invitation orders and will be charged to your card when the order is processed.
